Job summaryPermanent | Full-timeWe are looking for someone to join our inpatient team, where you will support young people with conditions such as low mood, anxiety, psychosis, eating difficulties, and autism, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans and interventions.
You will be working substantively at Sapphire Lodge, which is dedicated to providing high-quality care to young people aged 13-18 experiencing mental health, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
About You- RMN / RN (Mental Health) or RLDN / RN (Learning Disabilities) registration or awaiting registration.
- A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting them
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the service and the young people in our care.

Main duties of the jobReporting into the Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help young people manage their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development of individual care plans.
- Support the recovery and well-being of young people, helping them achieve their maximum potential.
- Coordinate nursing activities across shifts to ensure smooth operations on the unit.
