Job summaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse Hysteroscopist to be part of our growing, friendly and dynamic, multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be use their own initiative working with the key stakeholders to develop our Nurse Hysteroscopy Service within the Jessop Wing and work within the MDT delivering a patient focused effective hysteroscopy service. A commitment to individualised patient care, evidence-based practice, teaching and health promotion is essential.
The successful candidate will have extensive post registration experience at AFC Band 5 and experience within a relevant speciality. Evidence of continuing education and professional development within the relevant speciality is essential alongside a recognised teaching qualification and a health care related degree or evidence of working towards. They will have a track record of implementing change and be a highly skilled communicator with the ability to use effective verbal, written and IT skills to ensure patients receive timely, evidence based care and a positive patient experience.
In return the successful candidate(s) will be well supported and have access to continuing opportunities for personal and professional development. Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be required to complete a CRB disclosure application (police check).

Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential- Registered Nurse (Valid with NMC)
- Accredited Hysteroscopist BSGE/RCOG
- To have completed the national practice assessor training or equivalent teaching and assessing qualification for those with ENB998.
- Healthcare degree or evidence of working towards one
- Evidence of continuing education and professional development

ExperienceEssential- Extensive post registration experience at AFC Band 5 or equivalent.
