Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to further develop their skills and knowledge within a dynamic Acute Medicine environment.
As a key member of the ward leadership team, you will work closely with the Ward Sister, acting as their deputy and regularly taking charge of the ward. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and compassionate patient care, maintaining excellence in both clinical standards and the patient experience.
You will be an inspiring leader and positive role model, providing visible clinical leadership while delivering hands-on patient care. Using your experience, you will support the implementation of clinical and non-clinical governance, contributing to continuous improvement and embedding best practice across the team.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will help to drive service development, ensuring standards are consistently monitored, evaluated and enhanced.
