Perioperative Practitioner – Orthopaedics | Bristol | Full Time | No Nights | Competitive salary plus fantastic benefitsAre you an experienced Theatre Practitioner with experience & a passion for orthopaedics?
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a well-equipped private hospital setting, with a strong focus on quality care, efficiency, and patient experience.
The Role- Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures)
- Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway
- Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant
- Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDT
- Contributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement
- Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:- Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
- Experience working in theatre in an orthopaedic setting
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, patient-focused approach
- Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
