Perioperative Practitioner | Recovery | Theatres | St Anthony's Hospital | Private Hospital | Full Time | Permanent | Sutton

Spire St Anthony's Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated perioperative practitioner with recovery experience to join our team on a permanent, full time basis.

Our multispecialty unit will give you the opportunity to expand your skills and expertise. We have six operating theatres covering a wide range of specialities and procedures including Ortho, Gynae, Cardio-thoracic and many other surgical specialties.

Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's Hospital delivers care through skilled and dedicated staff working together. With a completed £27m development investment, we provide very high quality healthcare to patients around Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Caring for patients undergoing procedures
  • Providing exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative stage
  • Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team in the operating department
  • Working across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Assessing patient needs, implementing and evaluating their care.

Who we're looking for
  • Qualified ODP/Nurse.
  • Recovery experience is essential.
  • NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions on your registration.
  • Have been employed in a surgical/Theatre setting.
  • You will be highly motivated and used to working in challenging but rewarding environment.
