Job summary
Time to care, time to make a difference!

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an Occupational Therapist into our community-based Specialist Palliative care team in East of the County.

This rewarding and enriching role will give you the opportunity to grow the Occupational Therapy service, working along-side the wider MDT. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis and support their end-of-life care.

Your work will be undertaken both within the patients home and our modern wellbeing hubs that provide a non-clinical backdrop to individualised care.

This is an exciting role and we welcome applicants with an enthusiasm to do develop the service and bring new ideas.
