An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an Occupational Therapist into our community-based Specialist Palliative care team in East of the County.
This rewarding and enriching role will give you the opportunity to grow the Occupational Therapy service, working along-side the wider MDT. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis and support their end-of-life care.
Your work will be undertaken both within the patients home and our modern wellbeing hubs that provide a non-clinical backdrop to individualised care.
This is an exciting role and we welcome applicants with an enthusiasm to do develop the service and bring new ideas.

St Barnabas Hospice has an established AHP service who you will have regular contact and be well supported by.

- A qualified OT with HCPC registration.
- Experience in palliative or community care settings is beneficial.
