Are you a highly motivated registered nurse and have the drive, ambition and commitment to deliver the highest standards of patient care?Sulis Hospital Bath, a leading healthcare provider in Somerset, is looking for an Ophthalmology Specialist Nurse to work in our Outpatient Department.
You will be providing the highest standards of care for our ophthalmology patients, while considering the specialist clinical needs of each patient. The ability to undertake the following are essential for the role:
- Visual Acuity tests.
- Biometry measurements.
- OCT Macular & Glaucoma scans.
- Pentacam scans.
- Visual Field tests.
- Assist with Intravitreal Injections.
- Assist with minor eyelid procedures.
Permanent 37.5 hoursThe Outpatient Department is open 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on SaturdaysShifts are variable according to the needs of the Ophthalmology serviceThis role requires DBS clearanceIf you feel you have the skills and ambition to fulfill this role, we would like to hear from you.
