Job summaryThe post holder is responsible for the development, provision and co-ordination of the Cardiology Specialist Nursing Service with a Heart Failure interest at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
To provide regular training, education, information and support to staff involved in the delivery of cardiac care.
Other duties include participation in;
- Cardiac Rehabilitation Phases I - III
- Nurse Led Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic
- Out Patient services including Cardioversion and Consultant Out Patient Clinics
- Support for the Cardiology Post Take Ward Round
- Heart Failure Service
