Symphony are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurses to join
Symphony Flex, our in-house locum agency.
We are looking for friendly, supportive Nurses to join our GP teams across Somerset. Symphony have 14 practices across 21 sites covering Wincanton to Dulverton and many towns and villages in between.
We welcome applications from experienced practice nurses and other registered nurses keen to transition into primary care on a flexible, zero hours basis.

Person SpecificationExperienceEssential- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
- At least 1 year recent primary / community nursing experience
- Compiling protocols and clinical guidelines
- Audit

Desirable- Health-needs assessment
- Nurse-led management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries
QualificationsEssential- Registered first level nurse (degree or RNDA route)
- Relevant nursing/health degree
- Clinical supervision training and experience

- MSc or equivalent (level 7 related study)
