We are seeking enthusiastic, skilled and compassionate Sonographers to join our expanding Diagnostic Imaging Service at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust. As one of the UK's leading specialist cancer centres, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality ultrasound services for patients undergoing cancer diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. You would be based at our Liverpool city centre sites, predominantly at Paddington Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) with rotation to the main hospital site close by.

Main duties of the jobAs an autonomous practitioner in a CDC and Cancer Centre, you will develop and deliver a high quality specialist ultrasound service alongside our radiologists and physicists. You will be able to show evidence of participating in peer-review audit and have an excellent knowledge of current legislation and guidelines. You will ensure sound clinical governance of the service, including audit to align with our QSI accreditation.
