The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to drive member retention and satisfaction.
- Moderate community discussions, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to our community's interests and needs.
- Identify and empower community champions and influencers to advocate for Voy.
- Organize and host virtual and in-person events to strengthen community ties.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader business goals.
- Monitor and report on community health metrics, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably within the health-tech or wellness industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Strong content creation skills, with an eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Experience with community platforms and CRM tools.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving and moderation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
