Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated professional to join our Hospice Community Nurse Specialist team.

We are looking for a nurse who is passionate and understands the needs of those receiving palliative/end of life care and have a working knowledge of evidence-based practice. You must be able to practice autonomously and independently as well as be an effective member of the multi-professional team, working collaboratively with our health care professionals. You will therefore have excellent communication skills. A commitment to the progressive development of the community specialist nurse role is also essential.
