Job SummaryThis is an opportunity to join our Community Children's Nurse team within a leadership role. This role will sit within the Women and Children's Directorate and be part of the wider leadership team. This role will support in the management and development of the eservice.
Main Duties of the Job- This role will oversee the Community Children's Nursing service and will have direct management reasonability's for the team.
- You will provide expert clinical advice to the team.
- This role will also work as part of a multi disciplinary team supporting families in the community and within education.
- This role will ensure robust caseload management and design the workforce to meet the needs of the service.
- Act as expert practitioner supporting staff in clinical decision making.
- Lead multi-disciplinary discussions with relevant teams.
- Provide clinical supervision for team members
- Undertake assessment of needs within clinical caseload and ensure appropriate plans are implemented.
- Ensure high quality safe care is delivered by the team inline with clinical governance requirements.
