We are seeking a highly experienced Dental Nurse to join our Barnet practices respectively. The ideal candidate will be someone with combines exceptional chairside expertise especially in the field of Implant dentistry and/or Sedation, excellent communication and a patient-first mindset.

What Your Day Will Look Like
You will:

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance to a variety of experienced clinicians
• Oversee day-to-day nursing duties to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows.
• Maintain exemplary infection control standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver a seamless patient journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and service excellence.

Essential

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with more than 5 years experience
• Extensive experience in a private or mixed dental practice.
• Experienced in Implant dentistry
• Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, patient-focused mindset with a calm, confident presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.

Desirable

• IV Sedation nursing qualification or experience.
• Experience supporting performance, training, and team development.
• > 10 years experienced
• Experience as a lead or head nurse
