Clinical Implementation Specialist UKJob SummaryThe Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) will coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives, and act as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL hospital product line. Within the direction of the Clinical Education Team, the CIS works collaboratively with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process, and builds deep, long lasting customer relationships to encourage ongoing utilization of ZOLL hospital products and achievement of desired clinical outcomes within an account.
Essential Functions- Act as a project manager in planning/developing/executing all educational and training events in a customer account.
- Assist with and/or initiating in-servicing events in existing and new accounts.
- Communicate leads and account updates to outside Territory Manager.
- Provide input to prepare additional materials as needed in the support of sales and training.
- Organize and conducting educational events in existing or new accounts.
- Act as a clinical and technical product expert for all ZOLL Hospital products, in order to discuss the chain of resuscitation.
- Be a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes in an inpatient hospital setting.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred
- RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required
- AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred
- Clinical education experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
