Field Dispenser - Bath & Frome AreasAre you a skilled Dispenser looking for variety in your working week? We're recruiting a Field Dispenser to support our branches across the Bath and Frome areas, This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience, work with different teams and play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care across our community pharmacies.
As a Field Dispenser, you'll travel between branches to provide dispensing support wherever it's needed most, ensuring our patients continue to receive a safe, accurate and friendly service.
Key responsibilities:- Accurately dispense prescriptions in line with SOPs and current legislation
- Provide cover and support across multiple branches in the Bath and Frome areas
- Assist the pharmacist with the day-to-day running of the dispensary
- Manage stock, ordering and returns to keep the dispensary well organised
- Deliver excellent customer service and offer friendly advice to patients
- Support and mentor colleagues, sharing best practice between branches
What we're looking for:- A recognised Dispensing Assistant or Pharmacy Technician qualification (NVQ Level 2 or above) is desirable
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy dispensary
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
- Confident, adaptable and comfortable working across different teams and locations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel between branches is mandatory

Please note this is a full time role (40 hours a week) Monday to Friday
Saturday if required
