We're recruiting a Field Dispenser to support our branches across Salisbury and Swindon, If you enjoy travelling between sites, meeting new teams and keeping busy dispensaries running smoothly, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key responsibilities:- Travel between our Salisbury and Swindon pharmacies to provide dispensing support where it's needed most
- Accurately dispense prescriptions in line with SOPs and current legislation
- Assemble, label and check medication ready for patient collection or delivery
- Manage stock, ordering and controlled drugs procedures to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and signposting where appropriate
- Support pharmacists and branch teams to keep the dispensary running efficiently
- Adapt quickly to different branch workflows, systems and team dynamics
What we're looking for:- A recognised Dispensing Assistant or Pharmacy Technician qualification (NVQ Level 2 or above) is desirable
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy dispensary
- Confidence working across multiple sites and building rapport with different teams
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a calm, methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine focus on patient care
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel between branches is mandatory
- Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude

Please note - This is a full time role (40 hours a week) Monday to Friday.
Saturday if required.
