Are you a qualified Dispenser looking for a role with variety and the chance to work across different pharmacy teams? We're recruiting a Field Dispenser to support our branches across the Oxford and Cholsey areas.

In this role, you'll travel between our local pharmacies, providing dispensing support wherever it's needed most. It's a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, meet new colleagues and play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care across the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in line with legal, professional and company standards
• Travel between pharmacies in the Oxford and Cholsey areas to provide dispensing cover
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy teams during busy periods, absences or peak demand
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with patients
• Manage stock, ordering and controlled drugs procedures as required
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of each branch you support

What we're looking for:

• A recognised Dispensing qualification (NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent) is desirable.
• Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel between branches is mandatory
• Flexibility, adaptability and the confidence to settle quickly into different teams
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Please note this is a full time role (40 hours a week) Monday to Friday
Saturday if required.
