As a valued member of our team, you'll be one of the first faces our customers see, helping to deliver a professional, caring and efficient service to the local community.
Key responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and assist with their queries in person and over the phone
- Accurately dispense prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Advise customers on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products
- Manage stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries and rotating shelves
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised pharmacy environment
- Support the wider team with general administrative and dispensing duties
What we're looking for- A friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer care
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures carefully
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is desirable but not essential
- A willingness to complete relevant training and develop your skills
- Part-time position between 24-27 hours a week
