Key responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist and wider team with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer and patient
• Handle over-the-counter sales and offer general healthcare advice within your remit
• Manage stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries and rotating shelves
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy and compliant with standard operating procedures
• Support with prescription collection, labelling and queries
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

What we're looking for:

• A friendly, approachable manner and genuine interest in helping people
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures carefully
• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer-facing role is welcome, though full training will be provided
• Willingness to work towards a recognised pharmacy qualification, if not already held
