Join our friendly team at Allied Pharmacy in Liphook as a Pharmacy Assistant, where you'll play a key role in delivering excellent care and service to our local community. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a busy community pharmacy, supporting patients and helping the pharmacy team run smoothly day to day.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and patients, providing a warm and professional first point of contact
• Assist with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
• Handle over-the-counter sales and offer advice on common healthcare products within your scope of training
• Manage stock control, including ordering, receiving deliveries and checking expiry dates
• Support prescription collection, delivery arrangements and repeat prescription services
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised pharmacy environment
• Handle confidential patient information with care and in line with data protection standards

What we're looking for:

• A friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in healthcare and helping people
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Basic IT skills and confidence using pharmacy systems (training will be provided)
• A recognised Pharmacy Assistant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards one
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential
