As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll be one of the first faces our customers see, offering a warm welcome and reliable support throughout their visit. You'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy while contributing to a safe and efficient service.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful advice on over-the-counter products
• Assist with the accurate dispensing and labelling of prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
• Handle transactions at the till and manage customer queries professionally
• Receive, check and organise stock deliveries, keeping shelves tidy and well-stocked
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming pharmacy environment
• Support the wider team with general administrative and operational tasks

What we're looking for:

• A friendly, approachable manner with strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in healthcare and supporting people in the community
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
• A reliable, organised approach with the ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail or customer service role is welcomed but not essential
• Willingness to undertake relevant training, including a recognised pharmacy assistant qualification if not already held
