Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and offering helpful, professional advice on over-the-counter products
• Assisting with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
• Managing stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries and rotating products
• Handling till transactions and general administrative tasks
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised pharmacy environment
• Supporting patients with queries and signposting them to the appropriate services

What we're looking for

• A friendly, approachable manner and excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• A reliable team player who is organised and able to prioritise tasks
• A willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
