The Trust provides a full range of medical and surgical specialties for inpatients, outpatients and day surgery as well as maternity services and a 24-hour Emergency unit. Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be expected to participate in the clinical work in the department providing high standards of care for in patients and outpatients. The Trust Registrar Doctor will be working as part of a team with a Consultants Registrars SHOs and along side the nursing staff and other allied health care providers. Duties involve outpatient ,inpatient, theatre ,on call on a 1:7 rota and other general ENT Registrar duties. There is an expectation that the Registrars are involved in teaching of juniors take part in the audit and research of the department. At least 3 years of ENT experience is essential and passing the MRCS would be a desirable criteria.
