Mental Wellbeing Practitioner
Fully remote - UK only
Permanent. Full or part time (minimum of 3 days per week - 22.5 hours)
Working hours on a rota basis between 8am - 10pm, including weekends
Salary: £28,750* per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits
*based on full-time, if part-time this will be pro-rata

You’ll help us make health happen by:
Conduct remote (telephone or video) mental health assessments and make evidence- based treatment recommendations for Bupa clients, customers and members, in line with NICE guidelines and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. The role will involve working independently whilst under clinical supervision from Qualified professionals including Clinical Psychologists and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists and as part of a clinical team whilst liaising daily with internal services and external organisations. There will be ongoing clinical guidance from Qualified mental health professionals, including regular clinical supervision, and there is an expectation that work will be within clinical competencies.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
  • You hold an MSc in Psychology and have a minimum of 6 months' experience working within a mental health clinical environment.
  • Experience conducting assessments would be desirable.

OR
  • You hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and have at least 1 years’ experience working within a mental health clinical environment.
  • Experience conducting assessments would be desirable.
