Job summaryWe are looking for a 5 session GP across two sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated GP to work within a patient-focused environment that values continuity of care and high quality clinical practice.
Main duties of the job- Deliver a mix of routine and urgent GP consultations (face-to-face and telephone as clinically appropriate)
- Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
- Provide appropriate prescribing, investigations, and referrals
- Ensure safe and effective clinical decision-making and safety-netting
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities

Job responsibilities- Working as agreed within the practice timetable.
- Managing long-term conditions and providing safe, effective care.
- Prescribing in line with local and national guidance.
- Completing administrative tasks promptly, including referrals, repeat prescriptions, and other associated duties.
- Participating in telephone triage and duty doctor rotas.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
- Collaborating with the team and sharing the practice workload.
- Supporting QOF requirements and recording information accurately.
- Offering health promotion advice where appropriate.
- Attending and contributing to practice meetings, clinical governance, audits, and training.
Person SpecificationExperienceEssential- Full GMC registration
- Inclusion on the NHS England performers list
- MRCGP (or equivalent)
- Evidence of continued professional development
