Job summary
An opportunity has arisen within the Diagnostic Imaging Service at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust for a locum Consultant Radiologist with an interest in Breast imaging.

We are seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join the team who wish to develop their career in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will be expected to be proficient in all aspects of General Radiology and have an interest in Breast imaging.

Main duties of the job
This job is for a Locum Consultant Radiologist with an interest in breast imaging.

The job is a full time post comprising of 10 Programmed Activities (PAs), inclusive of on call commitment.

Job responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive General Radiology services with a special interest in Breast Imaging.
• Perform and report on CT, MRI, ultrasound, and acute imaging cases.
• Engage in clinical governance, audit, and peer review to maintain high-quality standards
• Attend and contribute to consultant meetings, service planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple sites within Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
• Comply with Trust policies, clinical standards, and employment requirements, including on-call residency criteria.
