Job Introduction
As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse, you will join our valued Swanley and Rural PCN Community Nursing Team in North Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care where it matters most, within patients' own homes and local communities. You will support people with a wide range of healthcare needs, helping them manage long-term conditions, recover from illness and maintain their independence while avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions. Whether you are newly qualified or looking to build your career in community nursing, you will join a supportive, welcoming team that is passionate about delivering excellent patient-centred care. If you are newly qualified, you will benefit from our award-winning Preceptorship Programme, combining face-to-face learning, e-learning and practical support to help you develop confidence in your role. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The service operates seven days per week between 8:00am and 8:00pm. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
