You will receive a Band 6 AfC salary with NHS pension and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.

As an Outreach Nurse Specialist, you'll deliver high-quality sexual health and contraception services directly into communities, focusing on people who may not otherwise access care.

You will:

• Provide expert, dual-trained sexual health and contraception care
• Lead and deliver outreach to marginalised and underserved groups
• Identify unmet needs and design targeted interventions
• Work closely with partners including mental health services, homelessness teams, and voluntary organisations
• Ensure smooth pathways between outreach and clinic services for complex cases
