Job summaryAs a Band 5 Ward Nurse, you will join our friendly and supportive team on Harty Ward at Sheppey Community Hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to patients as they recover, rehabilitate and regain independence. Harty Ward provides a calm, patient focused environment where you can deliver high quality, holistic care. You will work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships with patients and their families while supporting them through their recovery journey. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced nurse, you will be supported to grow and develop in a role where your skills and ideas are truly valued.
