Linden Medical Group is seeking one or more Salaried GPs to join our practice on a six-month fixed term basis. This role offers the benefits of a traditional salaried GP position whilst providing a unique opportunity for newly qualified GPs to transition confidently into independent practice.

Job responsibilities
The post-holder will manage and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients as expected in the role of a General Practitioner.

Qualifications
Essential

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration
• Inclusion on Performers List
• MRCGP

Desirable

• Educational or Clinical Supervisor

Personal skills and qualities
Essential

• Can communicate clearly and effectively both written and spoken English.
• Good time keeping skills
• Ability to work in a team
• IT skills relevant to General practice.
• Able to work in pressured environment.
• Awareness of self-development and continued learning.

Experience
Essential

• Experience in General Practice
• Working in and out of hours in Primary care.
• Ability to plan and improve the patient journey and patient care
