Linden Medical Group is seeking one or more Salaried GPs to join our practice on a six-month fixed term basis. This role offers the benefits of a traditional salaried GP position whilst providing a unique opportunity for newly qualified GPs to transition confidently into independent practice.

Job responsibilitiesThe post-holder will manage and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients as expected in the role of a General Practitioner.
QualificationsEssential- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Full GMC registration
- Inclusion on Performers List
- MRCGP
Desirable- Educational or Clinical Supervisor
Personal skills and qualitiesEssential- Can communicate clearly and effectively both written and spoken English.
- Good time keeping skills
- Ability to work in a team
- IT skills relevant to General practice.
- Able to work in pressured environment.
- Awareness of self-development and continued learning.
ExperienceEssential- Experience in General Practice
- Working in and out of hours in Primary care.
- Ability to plan and improve the patient journey and patient care
