Job summaryAre you a registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker looking for a role that offers flexibility around your existing commitments? We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Home Resolution Team Access Pathway on a part-time basis, on fixed term contract until March 2028. We currently have 25.5 hours per week available, ideally worked Monday to Friday between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. We recognise that flexibility is important, so we are happy to consider job share arrangements and can discuss working patterns or specific days that suit both you and the service.
Main duties of the job- Leading on the assessment of people referred to the Access Team.
- Development and maintenance of effective communications within the area of work and promotion of positive working relationships with pathway colleagues, departments and other agencies.
- Managing time effectively to ensure the best use of staff and resources, informing senior members of the team/pathway when issues impacting on service delivery become apparent.
