Sea Lodge is a specialist, nurse-led supported living service on the stunning Northumberland coastline. Rated Good by CQC, we provide high-quality, person-centred support to two adults with learning disabilities and complex health and behavioural needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their own home.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our experienced and supportive team.

- Lead shifts and provide clinical leadership within a well-established multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver and oversee person-centred care that promotes independence, choice and wellbeing.
- Use your professional judgement to assess risk, manage complex situations and support positive outcomes.
- Coach, mentor and supervise support staff, helping them deliver exceptional care.
- Build meaningful relationships with service users, families and partner professionals.

Main duties of the jobAbout You
We're looking for a Registered Learning Disability Nurse who is:
- Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve the best possible quality of life.
- Experienced in working with individuals who may display behaviours of concern and have complex support needs.
- A confident decision-maker with strong clinical and risk management skills.
- An effective leader who can motivate and support colleagues.
- Committed to professional development and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
To be successful, you must:
- Hold current RNLD registration with the NMC.
- Have post-registration experience working within learning disability services.
Work-Life Balance
This full-time position is based on a rotational day shift pattern, typically:
3 x 12.5 hour shifts 07:45am 8:15pm
