As a Salaried GP, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, with responsibilities that span both clinical and administrative duties.
Main duties of the job- Provide clinical and administrative sessions, ensuring patient-centred care is at the forefront of all decisions.
- Proactively manage patients with complex and long-term health conditions, promoting wellness and preventative care.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to the wider multidisciplinary team to enhance overall service delivery.

The Light Surgery, part of OneMedical Group, is located in The Light; a leisure and retail centre in the heart of Leeds. Within The Light complex there is a cinema, gym and numerous restaurants. Job responsibilitiesYou will make autonomous decisions in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for those with complex and long-term health conditions.
Your expertise will support the team's ongoing development and help shape a proactive approach to patient care.

Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential- Registered with the GMC and included on the GP Specialty Register.
- Listed on the GP Performers List.
ExperienceEssential- Experience in primary or urgent care settings.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEssential- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational skills to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
