Job IntroductionWe are seeking a Lead Practice Nurse to join our team at Broad Oak Medical Practice.
Salary: Up to £48,000 depending on experience.
Hours: 37.5.

Role ResponsibilityAs a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
- You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
The Ideal CandidateWhat we look for in new colleagues
- First Level UK registered Nurse / Registered AHCP with at least 2 years post qualified experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Demonstrates sound evidence of academic links.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
- Experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing Nursing teams.
- Understanding of the Lead Nurse Role
- Effective management and organisational skills
- Clear thinking and problem solving and decision-making skills.
