Main duties of the job
The Person: We are looking to appoint an experienced GP who is motivated, independent, and interested in providing high quality clinical services to a varied population. The successful applicant will be expected to work flexibly across the 2 sites and subject to agreement this may include some weekend hours in their pattern of work.

The Practice has a high-achieving QOF track record and is closely involved in local GP-led commissioning, with mostly paperless administration; our main practice system is EMIS Web, and our GPs also Docman regularly.

PML is a successful not-for-profit, GP-led organisation providing various NHS community and primary care clinical services to patients across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. PML holds GMS contracts, as well as being a GP Federation representing circa 50 GP practices covering approximately 650,000 patients.

Job responsibilities
We are looking for an GP who is able to provide GMS services and fulfil all the various aspects of day-to-day general practice at our Kidlington and Yarnton Surgeries.

This would include covering care homes, supervising GP registrars/F2s and working alongside our wide and varied mix of allied health professionals. The right person will have experience in managing their own patient list and assisting with meeting QOF targets.

• Recognised Medical Degree (MBChB , MBBS or equivalent)
• General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT)
• Full GMC Registration
• National Performers List registration

Desirable

• MRCGP

Experience
Essential

• GP Vocational or additional experience in general practice
