Deputy Ward Manager - Acute Ward

Salary: £41,002 - £44,303 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full time

Priory Hospital Woking is a specialist addiction, rehab and mental health service. Conveniently located in Knaphill. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

Expectation to work a rota including both day and night shifts. This role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or preceptorship nurses.

The Deputy Ward Manager role provides senior nursing leadership within the ward team, working closely with the Ward Manager to ensure high standards of care.

Essential for the role

• Active Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council in Mental Health Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration experience
• Demonstrable expertise within a clinical speciality, with evidence of strong and visible positive leadership skills
