  • Ofsted Readiness: Lead the home through regulatory inspections with a drive to achieve and sustain ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
  • Team Development: Recruit, inspire, and retain a high-performing care team through active supervision, development, and strong leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective working partnerships with local authorities, social workers, and external multidisciplinary teams.

You can find more information in the job description.

Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working towards it).
Experience: Proven track record at Management or Deputy Manager level within a children’s residential care setting.
Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and children's safeguarding legislation.
Approach: A values-driven, resilient leader with a deep commitment to trauma-informed and therapeutic care principles.
