Main duties of the jobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinical fellow (Fetal Medicine) post (ST3-7 level) at the Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust at the Royal Free, Hampstead site. This post from November 2026 for 1 - year fixed term for maternity leave cover.
The successful candidate will also be contributing to the on-call rota and hence competence on labour ward at a senior level (ST3-7) is essential.

Person SpecificationEducation & professional qualificationEssential- MBBS (or equivalent)
- Current full GMC Registration
DesirableExperienceEssential- Previous experience working in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (in the NHS/UK at senior level)
Desirable- Previous scanning experience
Skills and aptitudesEssential- Experience in assessing and managing common obstetric and acute gynaecology emergencies
Desirable- Recent ALS Training
- ALSO / MOET course attendance
- Completion of CTG K2 package (or similar training)
Personal Qualities & attributesEssential- Effective team working
- Good command of English language written and spoken
