Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Maternity Education Team as a Practice Development Midwife at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

This rewarding role is ideal for an experienced midwife with a passion for education, professional development, and improving maternity care. You'll support and inspire colleagues through education, clinical development, simulation training, and quality improvement initiatives, helping to foster a positive learning culture and deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based care.

We are a leading local employer with a diverse workforce of approximately 6,000 staff, dedicated to providing healthcare services to a growing population of around 780,000 individuals.

Our Trust provides both emergency and planned healthcare across East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon - covering towns like Crawley, Horsham, Reigate, and Redhill.
