We are looking for a physiotherapist to join The Rehab Physio in Bromborough, Wirral, with a starting salary of £32,500 and regular salary reviews.

You will receive mentorship, supervision and opportunities for professional development to help you build confidence and work towards your goals.

Main duties of the job
You will deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy to clients with neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs, helping them improve function, build confidence and regain independence.
Working closely with experienced physiotherapists and the wider team, you will assess clients, agree meaningful goals, plan and deliver treatment, and review progress throughout their rehabilitation.
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable team member who communicates clearly, is keen to develop and celebrates the small steps as well as the major milestones.

Person Specification
Experience (Essential)
You are a qualified physiotherapist, with HCPC registration by the time you join us. But we would like to know a little more than what is on your certificate.
You care about people. You are interested in their stories, what matters to them, and the everyday things they would love to get back to doing.
You listen properly, explain things clearly, and know that sometimes encouragement is every bit as important as the exercise.
You are curious, keen to learn and comfortable saying, Could you give me a hand with this? Nobody arrives knowing everything, and we do not expect you to.
You are reliable, thoughtful and happy to contribute to a team. You bring ideas, celebrate other people's wins and understand that good rehabilitation takes patience, creativity and sound clinical judgement.
An interest in neurological physiotherapy and complex rehabilitation is essential. Experience is welcome, including from placements, but you do not need a CV as long as a treatment plinth.
