Description

Clinical Reporting Doctor

Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Contract Type: Full-time, 3-month fixed-term

About Thriva
Thriva exists to help people live better for longer.

At Thriva, we’re on a mission to close the gap between lifespan and healthspan. While people are living longer, they’re also spending more years in poor health. We help people live better now, and for longer with proactive, at-home blood testing, connected wearables, doctor-reviewed results, and personalised actions backed by evidence.

We’re in a phase of rapid product evolution: building AI-powered health coaching, expanding wearable integration, and developing increasingly sophisticated data-driven insights for hundreds of thousands of users.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Reporting Doctor to join our in-house clinical team on a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract.

The core of this role is hands-on clinical reporting — interpreting blood test results and delivering clear, accurate, and actionable insights to our customers. You'll also be embedded within our product and clinical teams, so we can continuously improve the reporting tools and workflows. It's a hybrid role, with two days per week in our London office, including every Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and report on blood test results for our direct-to-consumer and business customers
  • Prioritise and respond promptly to escalated cases
  • Maintain high clinical quality standards across all reports
  • Work closely with our product and clinical teams, sharing feedback on the reporting experience

About You
We are looking for a GP, preferably with a specialist interest in one or more of the following:
  • Lifestyle medicine
  • Women’s health
  • Cardiometabolic health
  • Menopause
  • Sports medicine
  • Preventative or digital health

Requirements
  • Current GMC registration and licence to practise
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Strong written English and experience producing clear, patient-friendly clinical content
  • Tech-literate and interested in how digital tools and AI are shaping modern clinical practice
  • Highly collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Able to work two days per week in our London office (Old Street), including every Wednesday

Why Join Thriva?
  • Help shape the future of proactive, preventative health
  • Play a defining role in evolving a product used by hundreds of thousands of people
  • Work with a mission-driven, collaborative team that genuinely cares about quality and impact
  • Hybrid, flexible working (minimum 2 days per week in our Old Street office)
  • Free Thriva testing (of course)
  • Very competitive salary
  • Pension contributions of 3%

We embrace diversity at Thriva. To build products that work for everyone, we need a team with a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. We’re committed to hiring people regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.

Ready to help people take control of their health? We look forward to receiving your application.
