We also have a dedicated professional development nurse to guide, educate and support programme and work towards national frameworks for emergency nursing.

Qualifications, Specific Experience & TrainingEssential- 1st level registered nurse
- Evidence of recent post registration study in a speciality related to A&E e.g. ALS, ATLS, APLS
- Minimum of three years post-registration experience of which two years should be at Primary Nurse or equivalent
Desirable- All practitioners with diploma level primary qualification must be working towards higher award in specialist practice (Degree)
Personal AttributesDesirable- Has identified methods of working effectively under pressure
