Key responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacy team with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions
• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service at the counter
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medicines within your scope of training
• Manage stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries and keeping shelves well presented
• Handle prescription queries and liaise with GP surgeries where needed
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant working environment
• Support the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy

What we're looking for:

• A warm, approachable manner and genuine care for customers and patients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Reliability, discretion and respect for patient confidentiality
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn pharmacy systems
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer-facing role is helpful, though not essential
• A willingness to complete any required training for the role
