Shift Pattern: 12-hour days and night shifts
Minimum Commitment: 24 hours per week

A caring, reliable, and experienced Personal Care Assistant is required to support our clients in the North London area within their homes.

We are a complex care company and our clients both have spinal cord injuries with bowel management included.

Please only apply if you are comfortable with doing manual handling and bowel management on spinal cord injury clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing full personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Supporting with all mobility needs, transfers, and repositioning
• Assisting with bowel management routines
• Supporting with the use of a nebuliser
• Promoting comfort, wellbeing, and independence
• Working closely with family members and healthcare professionals
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
• Assisting with mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Supporting tracheostomy care and respiratory needs
• Monitoring and assisting with BiPAP therapy as required
• Communicating effectively using non-verbal methods
• Working closely with the family and healthcare professionals
