You will have experience delivering therapeutic interventions to adults and/or young people within a mental health or CAMHS setting, with a strong understanding of risk assessment, safeguarding, and evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
