Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Ward Manager for the Child Assessment Unit (CAU). The post holder will be a motivated and enthusiastic Children's Nurse (RNC / RSCN) with post-registration experience in acute Paediatrics. The post holder will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills to lead this dynamic nursing team. The post holder would be expected to work 50% clinical on CAU and 50% management time to manage the unit and the staff across a 4 day week.
