Key responsibilities- Welcome customers into the pharmacy and provide friendly, helpful service at the counter
- Assist with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Handle over-the-counter sales and offer advice on common medicines within your scope of training
- Manage stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries, checking expiry dates and keeping shelves well presented
- Maintain accurate records and support the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy
- Uphold patient confidentiality and follow all relevant health, safety and regulatory standards
What we're looking for- A warm, approachable manner and a genuine commitment to customer care
- Good communication skills and the ability to listen carefully and respond with empathy
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, reliable approach to your work
- The ability to work well within a team and stay calm during busy periods
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail healthcare setting is desirable, though full training will be provided
- Willingness to work towards a recognised pharmacy qualification if not already held
