Working alongside our pharmacists and wider team, you'll be a familiar face for our customers, offering a warm welcome and helpful advice while ensuring the smooth flow of prescriptions and over-the-counter services.
Key responsibilities:- Greeting customers and providing a friendly, professional service at the counter
- Assisting with the dispensing process under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Accurately labelling, assembling and handing out prescriptions
- Advising customers on over-the-counter medicines and general health queries
- Managing stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries and rotating products
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised pharmacy environment
- Handling confidential information with discretion and care
What we're looking for:- A warm, approachable manner and genuine desire to help people
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Reliability, honesty and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as part of a small, supportive team
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is welcome, though full training will be provided
- A relevant pharmacy qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
