Main duties of the jobAs a Salaried GP, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to diverse local communities, assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. You will support patients through routine and urgent care, preventative healthcare, long-term condition management and complex care planning, helping to improve health outcomes and patient experience.
Working within EMIS Web and alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to continuity of care through clinical decision-making, prescribing, referrals, follow-up and collaborative treatment planning.
The role is supported by a mutually agreed job plan that balances clinical responsibilities with protected time for professional duties, ensuring sustainable workloads and high standards of patient care. You will have opportunities to participate in service development, quality improvement projects, teaching, mentoring and innovative models of care across the practice.

Job OverviewAs a Salaried GP within our Practice, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to diverse local communities.
You'll assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of presentations, providing safe and effective treatment across both routine and urgent care settings.
